Fender D-10 questions
Thanks to those able to shed light on the Carter SD-12. The steeler's daughter also has this Fender for which I know even less than for the Carter. The undercarriage is wild! I don't see a serial number except for either 2000 or 0002? Any suggestions about the year and a fair price range. This one looks like it could use a refresh, fwiw. I bet it could tell some stories!

Not a serial number.
My guess would be the model number. Fender 2000 D10 with 10 pedals no knee levers. mid 60s?? You could try searching the for sale section for possible value.

Thanks, Peter. I've done some digging on the forum and elsewhere.
Can anyone tell me what setup this might be? Also, what are the white-coated levers sticking out of the changer covers?

Re: Fender D-10 questions
Jeffrey,
I'm quite sure the white levers pull up the string damper rail (to suppress sustain by slightly touching the strings). Notice the damper with the white felt, it's located under the strings between the pick up and the changer cover.
